Orders

Shopping at NZGiftbarn.com is easy you don't need to create an account or register first. Just click the "add to Basket" button for each item you would like to purchase. The default quantity is 1, if you would like to add more just enter the quantity and click 'recalculate'. Selecting a quantity of 0 deletes the item off the cart. When you are ready select "go to payments" and we will then ask for your delivery and payment details. ALL prices are in New Zealand Dollars! Each page has a Currency Conversion button at the very bottom of the page for your convenience. If you are unsure or unfamiliar with Carts you may experiment with adding products and removing them from the cart. Nothing is finalised until you have completed all the details and pushed the SUBMIT button. An automated invoice is emailed immediately as confirmation upon successfully placing the order. All orders are dispatched straight away or an email sent detailing possible delays. Also an email is sent if we have credit card 'difficulties' as these do occur from time to time.
If a product is unavailable at the time of purchase we will replace it with a similar product of the same or higher value.

Gift Wrap & Card
Gift wrapping and gift card is available for $5.00 by selecting "Gift Wrapping & Card" from the left side of each page..
Type a message into the comments section of the shopping cart, to include a your message on the card..

Payments
Accepted credit card types are Visa, Master card, American Express, Diners Club and JCB Card. All credit card details are encrypted and put onto an SSL Secure Server!
Paypal can also be selected after providing your name and address. Selecting Paypal will take you directly to the paypal website where your payment can be finalised.

Security
Our web site is a physical store where you can purchase New Zealand Gifts and New Zealand Souvenirs direct from our store Simply Souvenirs Ltd. All credit Card details are encrypted and temporarily stored on a 128 bit SSL secure server until time of processing the sale, where the Store manager will process your card manually. Your credit or debit card security is of paramount importance to us therefore we ensure that any credit/debit card information that you give us remains completely safe and confidential.

Our Returns Policy

Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the GiftsNZ.com store, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price, provided:

* The product is undamaged and in original condition.
* The original receipt slip is included with the item.
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged or soiled items, or items returned (received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.

The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is again the result of our error.
