Our delivery time frames are as follows. These time frames are calculated from the day we despatch NOT the day you place your order. Hence total elapsed time from placing your order can be up to two business days longer than specified here. Please include a note in the shopping carts comments section if your order is urgent and we will process your order as quickly as possible.

Orders within New Zealand

Freight is $7.00 per order anywhere in New Zealand. All purchased items are sent by Courier Post. All orders are delivered 1 to 2 days after despatch.

International Orders

Freight is automatically calculated by the shopping cart. This is visible before you provide any personal details. The price of freight is dependant on the weight and destination of the purchased items.
We use New Zealand Post and send all orders by Air International.
Purchases going to Australia are expected to arrive 3 to 7 working days from purchase.
Purchases to the rest of the world are expected to arrive 4 to 10 working days from purchase.

All items are hand picked from within our store and personally packed up by us. We always ensure the best of every line is picked for our online customers. Packaging is done with the utmost of care and consideration of each item ordered. Glass or fragile items are packaged extremely carefully to ensure that the unpredictable and often carefree methods used by the different countries Postal services don't cause any damage to your order.
